Shipping & Returns

 

  • We ship Monday - Friday. Please allow 3-5 business days for items to ship, but often it's much quicker!
  • We typically ship with either UPS or USPS and transit times vary based on service and destination.
  • Please allow for extended shippings times during holiday weekends and large sales. 
  • Orders can not be edited after they have been placed. If there is a problem with your shipping address please reach out to info@shopfieldflower.com ASAP. We will do our best to help! 
  • Transit times will vary depending on your location. Any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Thank you so much for supporting our family. We hope you love your new items! Please let us know if something does not meet your expectations and we will do our best to make it right. 
  • We do not offer cash refunds, but are happy to issue store credit or size exchanges if return is initiated within 7 business days of package delivery. Garment must be unwashed, unworn, free of scents, pet hair, makeup or visible wear, with tags attached when applicable.
  • If you purchased exchange protection at the original time of checkout, you can request your pre-paid shipping label through our returns center. If you did not purchase exchange protection at the original time of checkout, you will be responsible for return shipping.
  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective in some way, we sincerely apologize. Just notify us at info@shopfieldflower.com within 7 business days of delivery and we will make it right!
  • Please initiate a return by emailing info@shopfieldflower.com.
Sale items, preorders, grab bags, intimates, swimwear, custom items, mystery items and accessories are not eligible for exchange or return except in the case of a defect. Electronic items may not be returned after the packaging has been opened, except in the case of a defect.

  • Please allow 7-14 business days for returns to be processed and credits to be issued.
