About Orders

Absolutely! We try to include measurements on all product listings. We know shopping online can be tricky! Please don't hesitate to reach out and we can go over fit & material to help pick your perfect size.

Please reach out immediately if you need a change to your order. I will do my best to accommodate your request but we are also doing our best to ship super speedy! Our shipping warehouse means business. If your order has already been processed, we will have to handle your order according to our exchange policy.

Please allow 48-72 hours (business days) for your order to ship. You will get an email with your tracking as soon as its on the way! Be sure to check your email for tracking! It sometimes ends up in your spam folder.

Pre Orders

No, unfortunately pre orders have to ship separately due to arriving at a later time to our warehouse. Pre orders are made to order and we can not hold ready to ship items.

Please revisit the order post in our FB community page. Estimated ship dates are always posted. Typically, pre orders can take anywhere from 2-5 weeks for shipping.

Pre Orders can not be canceled. Once we recieve your order, we put your item in to production with our vendor. After your item is delivered, you may exchange your item following our exchange policy.


$5 flat rate per order!

No, unfortunately not at this time. We do, however, happily ship FPO/APO.

We do our very best to ship within 48-72 hours (often same or next business day). We ship with USPS or UPS. Transit time can take 2-5 business days. Please follow your tracking number sent in your email for most up to date information on where your package is!

We ship from multiple warehouses! In order to offer quickest delivery, you may receive two packages. Shipping and processing times will remain the same.

We do not offer cash refunds, but we do offer shop credit to be used on any item in our store! If for some reason you do not love your item, please begin the return process within 3 days of receipt. You can find the full return policy here.

We do our absolute best to inspect each item but sometimes defects can slip past us. We are SO sorry about that! Let us know if this has happened to you, and we will send a replacement if still available or issue a refund once we have received the item back to our warehouse.


We launch new products every Tuesday and Thursday at 7 AM PDT!

YES! All sale, clearance, and marked down items are heavily discounted to make room for new pretties! If you have questions on fit or fabric before purchasing, please don't hesitate to reach out.

All measurements are taken of garments laying flat. Please refer to the product information for sizing notes such as 'runs true to size' or 'relaxed fit'. One can typically size down in a relaxed fit item if a more fitted look is desired. If you have sizing questions, please email me.
